This level recognizes exceptional partnership and offers prominent visibility, direct engagement, and leadership-level recognition throughout the seminar and mini-convention.

Cancellation and Refund

90 % refund - for cancellation received 30 days before the event; 50 % refund - for cancellation received 20 days before the event, 25 % refund - for cancellation received 10 days before the event. No refund for cancellation received 9 days or less before the event.

Why Sponsor?

a) Opportunity to present one-time Continuing Education (CE) topic you pick throughout the year. The topic will be scheduled based on priority and needs to be approved by the AORN LA Chapter officers and board of directors. 

b) Complimentary 10 individual conference tickets will be provided for company representatives and guests.

c) Recognition in selected promotional and digital materials.

d) The sponsor's company logo and website link will be featured on the chapter website for one year.

e) Vendor’s Fair

i) Priority placement for spot location on vendor display table, 

ii) Will be offered options for recognition as a lead Platinum Sponsor during the seminar and mini-convention. 1) Up to 10 minutes of sponsor remarks or presentation time during the program, subject to final agenda coordination, or 2) may submit one (1) short video (max 5 mins) to be played during break time/vendor’s fair.
