Help create an engaging attendee experience by sponsoring the interactive 360-degree photo booth. When supported by the vendor format, the AORN Los Angeles Chapter logo and sponsor logo may appear on digital photo output, extending sponsor visibility as attendees save and share event memories.

Cancellation and Refund

90 % refund - for cancellation received 30 days before the event; 50 % refund - for cancellation received 20 days before the event, 25 % refund - for cancellation received 10 days before the event. No refund for cancellation received 9 days or less before the event.

a) Complimentary 3 individual conference tickets will be provided for company representatives and guests.

b) Recognition in selected promotional and digital materials.

c) The sponsor's company logo and website link will be featured on the chapter website for two (2) months.

d) During the Event's Vendor Fair:
