Cancellation and Refund

90 % refund - for cancellation received 30 days before the event; 50 % refund - for cancellation received 20 days before the event, 25 % refund - for cancellation received 10 days before the event. No refund for cancellation received 9 days or less before the event.

Why Sponsor?

a) Complimentary 5 individual conference tickets will be provided for company representatives and guests.

b) Recognition in selected promotional and digital materials.

c) The sponsor's company logo and website link will be featured on the chapter website for six (6) months.

d) During the Event's Vendor Fair:

i) Placement of a vendor display table.

ii) Recognition as the Conference Bag Sponsor will be provided during the seminar and mini-convention.
