Call for Presenter Applications

Now accepting speaker applications.

Please submit your outline using this form if you would like to present an educational session at any of our events. Please submit a separate application for each presentation you wish for us to consider. Only complete applications will be considered for review. Please direct any questions to [email protected].

Our Education Committee will review your submission and contact you once your proposal is selected. For in-person/live presentations, the speaker/presenter shall be responsible for their own transportation and accommodation needs. AORN LA Chapter may provide recommendations.

CE Presentation for record keeping

I will provide AORN LA Chapter with a copy of my presentation for record-keeping, at least three days before the presentation date.

CE Presentation copy for distribution

I will provide AORN LA Chapter 0507 with a pdf copy of my presentation for suitable for distribution to attendees.
